Pizza Persona is a new fast-casual DIY concept that is opening in style, celebrating their grand opening by giving away FREE pizza.  This blessed event will take place on  Sunday, December 11th from 11AM-10PM at 614 West Diversey.

For giveaway Sunday, you can order your own pie with a single topping or choose from a list that includes the Meathead (mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni and bacon), the Cowboy (BBQ sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, red onion and grilled chicken) or the Hipster (pesto, low fat mozzarella, spinach, mushrooms, banana peppers and garlic).  Hmm, I’m thinking the Hipster because it’s vegetarian and it would be “cool” to order.

The regular menu, which includes salads, calzones and more, won’t be available that day since we know everyone will order the free pizza pies!  So set that alarm if you aren’t typically an early riser on Sunday, as I suspect a line will be around the block before you know it.
